The setting was excellent, very close to Hotel-Motel Drummond, downtown, and various amenities like coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping for essentials. It's approximately a 5-minute walk to Sushi Taxi to try their specialties.

The classic queen room was modern and equipped with a microwave and shower. Its location was unbeatable, right next to coffee shops and Sherbrooke. - Restaurant Zorbas, where we had lunch, is conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel.

I've had a pleasant stay for one night. The hotel's location was reasonably priced and incredibly comfortable, short walk to Close to restaurants, and coffee shops, restaurants and shopping for 'necessities'. It also was to the east coast.

Reception staff were very nice. We were able to change to a room with two beds (after reserving queen room) at small surcharge.
Internet did not work the entire time (although staff did try). Very small bathroom. Couch squeezed next to second bed due to limitation of overall room size. Overall, okay but must expect little more than a one night stop over motel. Too expensive for what it was.

My room was neat and had a refrigerator, a microwave oven and climate control. All the staff was excellent and efficient, tackled my issues. The staff were pleasant and location was perfect. Moreover, it was near shopping for 'necessities' and restaurants and Canada.

Someone was banging on our door at 4:30am and could not communicate in French. Called the front desk a couple times for help. We were told it was the Police and they had the wrong room. There never was any apology for this event and ruined the balance of our nights at this hotel.
